Mission Statement
At SAP Training Systems, our mission is to do our utmost to provide high quality, consistent, personalized, and safe coaching and training environments specifically for you, your needs, and your goals.
What Inspired SAP Training Systems?
My name is Francesco Saporito BKin., CSCS, CSAC, CADS, and I am the founder of SAP Training Systems! Growing up, the game of football (soccer) has been, and still is, a significant part of my life. From the days of bringing a football to school every day, to practicing slide tackles in the rain with my dad in our backyard, to playing for and captaining team Canada. It will always be one of my greatest passions, and I’ve been so privileged to play and learn from the game.
Along with my love for football (soccer), grew my passion for strength and performance, studying the human body and its fascinating capabilities, and how movement can improve your life in so many ways it’s overwhelming! This is what lead to my interest in studying and graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology, which is the study of how the body works, moves, and interacts with its environment. I'm a CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) through the NSCA, which is a course designed specifically to training athletes and improving performance. Finally, I am a CADS (Certified Athletic Development Specialist), which is designed to ensure I'm adequately prepared to improve YOUTH athletic performance from the ages of 2-18.
Put those two together, and here we are! It took a lot of questions, brainstorming, and drive, so I’m really excited for the journey! I love coaching more than anything, and my goal is to inspire and touch as many lives as possible along the way!
